Late CE

The SAFE Act mandates that continuing education can only count for the year it is taken. If you do not complete your CE during the calendar year you wish to apply the education to, then you must take "LATE CE". LATE CE allows you to complete CE in in the current calendar year, but apply it to a previous year.

Oregon-Specific Pre-License Education

This 4 hour course is NMLS Approved and covers Oregon law and regulations relevant to Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) and is structured to reflect the outline of the Oregon Notice regarding Oregon State-Specific Pre-Licensure Requirements. This course covers Oregon Mortgage law that must be met as a condition for obtaining a MLO license with the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services beginning January 1, 2015.
