Late CE

The SAFE Act mandates that continuing education can only count for the year it is taken. If you do not complete your CE during the calendar year you wish to apply the education to, then you must take "LATE CE". LATE CE allows you to complete CE in in the current calendar year, but apply it to a previous year.

Pennsylvania-Specific Pre-License Education

Chapter 61 of Pennsylvania’s “Mortgage Loan Industry Licensing and Consumer Protection Act,” as amended by the “Mortgage Licensing Act of 2009,” states that Pre-Licensing Education must include 3 hours of State Law and Regulations consisting of a discussion of three laws. This course is NMLS Approved and discusses each of these laws in separate modules.

Pennsylvania-Specific Continuing Education

This course is NMLS Approved and satisfies the state-specific continuing education requirement for Pennsylvania Licensed Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs).
